Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that during peak periods, processing times may be extended.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs, including standard, expedited, and express shipping. However express shipping might not be available for few locations. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout:
Standard Shipping: Typically delivered within 5-7 business days.
Expedited Shipping: Typically delivered within 2-4 business days.
Express Shipping: Typically delivered within 1-2 business days.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer free standard shipping on orders over INR 195. For orders below this amount, the shipping fee will be determined based on the weight and destination of the package.
International Shipping
We ship internationally to many countries. International shipping rates and delivery times will vary based on the destination. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Kaizen Designs is not responsible for delays due to customs.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your delivery on the carrier’s website. If you do not receive a tracking number, please contact our customer service team at kaizenyumee@gmail.com .
Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at **. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. In the case of a lost or damaged order, we may offer a replacement or refund.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that all shipping information is correct at the time of purchase. Kaizen Designs is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Return & Replacement.
What are the return guidelines?
1. Your address and the item that you wish to return must be eligible for return.
2. If you need to return the item facing any kind of issue with the order delivered please send us an email at kaizenyumee@gmail.com and we will check the details and arrange a pickup for you. Also we accept self return in case you are not comfortable with the pickup service arranged by our logistics team.
3. Once the return is processed, In accordance with KAIZEN DEZIGNS Refund Policy, be issued a refund to your original payment method, within 3-5 business days once we receive the item at our warehouse.
Note: For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed to your bank account (via National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT).
What are the replacement guidelines?
If the item delivered is physically damaged/ defective or is different from their description on the product detail page, it will be eligible for a free replacement as long as the exact item is available with us. However you need to contact us within the mentioned period of time which is 10 days.
